Billi Charron is a dedicated social worker with an MSW from Temple University. They came to the Center for Modern Aging Princeton (CMAP) with an impressive background in resident services and LGBTQ+ older adult case management in Philadelphia. At CMAP, Billi can be found facilitating social and support groups, providing one-on-one consultation and case management, coordinating the Home Friends buddy program and the DME Lending Locker, creating exciting programs and information sessions, and being an all-around support for our participants. In their free time, Billi enjoys adventures with their two dogs, reading, and learning to crochet. They love to travel and experience new places and activities. At one point in their journey, Billi performed as Clumzo the clown. Billi loves helping CMAP’s participants engage in thoughtful discussion, connect for support, and participate in unique activities to make new friends and find purpose. When reflecting on their hopes for retirement, Billi says, “I plan to never retire; I want to stay engaged in community work for the rest of my life!”
