EXERCISE CLASSES
Feldenkrais Classes
The Feldenkrais Method
Feldenkrais Method helps participants increase ease and range of motion, improve flexibility and coordination, and rediscover a capacity for graceful movement. It works by using gentle movement and directed attention to reorganize connections between the brain and body for the purpose of improving movement and enhancing function. Leader Jaclyn (Jackie) Boone is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais® teacher with twenty-one years of professional practice in the Feldenkrais Method.
Solvents & Glue
Solvents and Glue are a series of lessons for strengthening, solidifying, and special toning through an enormous variety of very precise movements that bring structural clarity to major joints of the body. Primarily done upright, with some sitting in a chair, and mat work. The sequences are invigorating to the musculoskeletal system and are a fitting complement to Feldenkrais®, Yoga, Pilates, as well as any other physical exercise, sport, or wellness practice.
