Born in Israel and raised in San Francisco, Naomi holds a BA in sociology from California State University, Sacramento, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of San Francisco. She brings to CMAP extensive experience in public policy, advocacy, and project management across both government and nonprofit sectors. Her previous roles include working with Kaiser Permanente to implement the Affordable Care Act and most recently, serving at the New Jersey Department of Human Services in Medicaid Health Policy, where she collaborated with federal and state agencies and community organizations to address health-related social needs.

At the Center for Modern Aging Princeton (CMAP), Naomi leads the Age-Friendly Princeton 2.0 initiative and spearheads the organization’s advocacy and anti-ageism work. She partners with community members, municipal leaders, and statewide networks to promote healthy aging and implement age-friendly policies that reflect the diverse needs of older adults.

Naomi values intergenerational collaboration and appreciates the diversity of experiences, expectations, and identities that people bring to this phase of life. Looking ahead, she hopes to stay active in mind and body while embracing new opportunities for growth and connection.
