Nick Macy
Program Associate: Technology (he/him/his)
nmacy@cmaprinceton.orgBorn and raised in Philadelphia, and a graduate of Bucks County Community College, Nick comes to the Center for Modern Aging Princeton (CMAP) team with energy, drive, and exceptional interpersonal and technological skills. On any given day, you can find Nick setting up hybrid programs, providing IT support to CMAP staff, coordinating the technology lab, offering a warm welcome to all, or calling BINGO for his fans and followers. Nick is an adventurer – who loves camping off the grid, off-roading in new territory, and capturing those moments through the art of photography. Nick hosts a radio show for Radio BUX, where he plays vinyl albums front to back, providing insight into the artist and the project. For Nick, his work at CMAP highlights the importance of bridging generational gaps and shaking the stigma that aging means “getting old.” Nick wants his retirement to look much like his life now – living life to the fullest and not hitting the brakes just because you step back from work. “It should just mean having more free time to enjoy the things I already enjoy doing,” he offers. “Don’t stay still, keep moving, stay active, stay fit.”
