Congregate Housing Options

In addition, some communities offer congregate housing. An individual rents a private (or semi-private) room and eats meals in a communal dining room. Laundry, housekeeping and some support services are available. There is a non-medical staff person on duty part or all of the day. Such “Comprehensive Personal Care Homes” are licensed by the Department of Health. Elm Court includes congregate housing. There are no known boarding homes in Princeton, but they exist in surrounding communities.
